Implementation of quality tools to improve infection control service In Tadamun Hospital in Portsaid city 2020/2021

Abstract A healthcare–associated infection (nosocomial infection) is an that acquired in any health care facility. This can be hospital, nursing home, diagnostic laboratory,outpatient clinic, rehabilitation facility or other clinical settings. Infection spread to the patient different ways. Medical staff also infection, beside contaminated equipment,air droplets bed linens. The developed from outside environment, may infected another patient, some cases, source of cannot specified. In cases microorganism originates patient's skin microbiota, becoming opportunistic after surgery procedures compromise protective barrier. Although have contracted their own skin, still considered nosocomial because it develops facility.(2) Our aim reduce risk infections (Tadamun Hospital) hospital ensure safety. implementation quality tools like brain storming, fish bone diagram and chek list help us identify most influential cause create action plan for problem solving continuous improvement.
